It appears I've developed golfer's elbow. It took me a while to figure out but I think I know what's causing it now. I've started work in a pizza shop and this involves a lot of gripping things and forearm work. For example, after the pizza dishes have come out of the oven and the pizzas have been taken out, each dish has to be held by the edge and wiped down (with some force) with the other hand. This gets pretty hard on the forearm after a while, and now that I think of it, the area highlighted in this pic for golfer's elbow gets quite strained, too. But now I'm feeling this outside of work, too. And it's really interfering with my weightlifting, too. I can't do tricep isolation exercises, and any pressing movements that use the triceps also bother it. It's on both elbows, but my left elbow is a bit worse. I am very passionate about weightlifting, so this is very bad for me.What do I do? I need a job.. Should I start looking for a different one? What about my training? If I just tough through the pain, will my elbow eventually adapt and be OK again? Please offer any advice you have, this is really interfering with my training. Thank you.
