Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
If you had mild fever, I would have thought about the possibility of
meningoencephalitis very strongly. It is still a probable possibility and I would really suggest that you go for a CT scan or better still an MRI brain. These two will help us know if there is a
meningitis or possibly another infection/condition that is affecting the brain.
The onset of these recently will probably rule out more benign conditions like migraine. Unless the neuroradioimaging comes out negative, I will certainly consider the infections and mass lesions as a strong possibility causing these symptoms.
The other non neurological syndromes may be considered after the neuroradioimaging turns out to be normal like
spondylosis, sinusitis, migraine,
arrhythmia,
myocardial infarction.
In view of the latter 2 daignosis, I would suggest an ecg and
echocardiography as well.
So do get a neuroradioimaging and the heart examinations
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
