Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Hand And Toe

I tested positive for ANA in sept. I went to dr due to hands swelling to enormous sizes, severe pain, also severe pain in all my toes. At night lying down its misery. But besides the joint both of my arms where my triceps are the pain Is exscruciating but only when I'm lying down. I cannot move them unless I use the other hand to lift it. Still painful early morning but will gradually ease up. Why is the pain so bad at night? Anything I can do? I am sleeping only a few hours a night. If on my back my toes hurt, and both arms hurt so no side sleeping.. What can I do. I'm miserable

After going through your query I came to know that you are likely to be having rheumatoid arthritis as you are having morning stiffness.You should consult rheumatologist. Disease modifying drugs such as methotrexate after consulting him will be useful in controlling disease. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.
