Hello, I may have broken my pinkie toe. It's not so bad though. It's the second day and it is still a little swollen and bruised but not so bad. I can walk on it with only a little pain. Icing it seems to take all the pain away for a good 15 minutes. When do you think it is a good idea for me to start working out again. Of course modifying my lower body movements. (I am a personal trainer) So, I know how to safely train without hurting my toe. My only concern is upsetting that area because it is still swollen. I don't want to mess up the blood flow...
Or do anything to hurt it.
