I have the flu (fever theee days, up to 102.6 this morning again, aches, chills, tight chest and dry cough), but my feet and swollen and really tender/painful on the inner heels. Could it be an indication that my kidneys are having a hard time? Glanced at a reflexology chart. Thanks.
hello Flu can itself produce such symptoms, yyou may consult a practitioner and take tylenol 650 mg twice a day, and do fomentation of feet, apply anti-inflammatory gels, take pantocid and multivitamins and plenty of fluids to keep up hydration and flushing of kidneys. you will be okay. For dry cough levocetrizine 5 mg would help. your local doctor will manage prescription. Flu takes 5-7 days to settle.Take nutritious diet thanks
