Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Lower Leg, Ankle And Foot After Knee Injury
I hit my knee cap about a week ago and my knee is still just as swollen as it was whenever it happened. But now my lower leg, ankle and foot is swollen. I have bruising on my shin and I only hit my knee. My knee and lower leg is hot and red. I've been elevating it but, it doesn't seem to work.
