Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Scrotum And Pain In Penile Head

I have been to my PCP and a urologist for scrotal swelling, fluid in the scrotum, pain in the head of my penis and lower back pain. I will be going back to my urologist. Was on an antibiotic by my PCP and then again by my urologist. Still have the issues. Oh and had an ultrasound and two urine samples. All were ok. What could be the problem.

Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query, I will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you

it is impossible to comment on it without examination, kindly upload the pictures, in our premium panel, for assessment and to provide you with specific advise.

Fluid in the scrotum, might be hydrocele, which can be confirmed by examination, and treated surgically.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
