Hi Dear user I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Feet and hand coldness, swelling ,lazzyness are signs of hypothyroidism.Weight loss is a sign of hyperthyroidism. This fluctuaction from hypo to hyperthyroidism means that your dosage of levothyroxine is not right.
My advice is to meet an endocrinologist because you need to do the thyroid tests TSH ,free T3, free T4 and to do the dosage adjustment accordingly.
In my opinion you dont need a specific diet because when your thyroid tests will be normal ,your weight will normalise.
Hope i have answered to your question. If you have other question,i will be happy to help. Thank you for using HCM. Wish you good health.
