Suggest Remedy For Swollen And Pink Sore On Head

I had a pimple on my scalp on my left side above my ear, almost on top of my head. I had touched it a bit to see what was bothering me. I triwd5 to pop ot (which i regret) and now it is a large sore area that is swollen and pink. It is extremely painful to the touch and the tenderness has spead to behind my left ear. I cant sleep on that side now. Some fluid has been released but it doesn t seem to be getting any better.
