General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to the injur.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application and rest.
If the symptoms continue ,you should do an xray of the knee for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
