I have had unprotected sex with a woman for the first time. The first night I noticed tingling on my penis. The next night my testicles felt a little pain and I also got diarrhea. The third day I still had the diarrhea my testicles feeling like they were swollen and abdominal pain. The 4th day my testis feel swollen urethra burns steadily and abdominal pain is going away slowly. I am still feeling the same after day 5. I talked to the woman I had sex with and she said she didn t notice any symptoms but thinks she might have lupus. I don t know if I have and STI or UTI. I m eeding assistance.
