Hello
Welcome to Healthcare magic

First if sting is visible and has not removed yet, then remove it if not very painful. Do not rub it otherwise it will spread to whole area.
Apply ice packs, will reduce swelling and inflammation. Elevate the leg while sleeping, will reduce pain and swelling.
Some medicines are very useful in such conditions. Paracetamol or ibuprofen for relieving pain and swelling. Use hydrocortisone for reducing swelling and inflammation. Take cetirizine for itching. Benzocaine for creating numbness as an anesthetic agent. Use calamine lotion for cooling effect.
Don't try to remove fluid, will cause more infections. Keep the area clean with antiseptic agents. For antibiotics, consult your physician.
Hope you are satisfied with these.
