Suggest Remedy For Teary Eyes With Dry And Scaly Eyelids

I have had a teary eye ..right eye for the past 6 years, along with that is dry scaly eye lids because I am always using tissues. What should I do. My eye Dr has already prescribed, lotemax, Patenol and lotemax ointment but nothing helps. I am also using a eye cleaner twice a day.

you are having epiphora drainage of tear is not proper. first punctum dilatation and syringing is to be done dy can be injected and x-ray can be taken to detect block then dacrocysto rhinostomy can be done eye cleaner is not requered.follow the procedure i have advised.
