Suggest Remedy For Tenderness In Penis After Excessive Masturbation

hi there, my girlfriend has been away for a few days. i am uncircumsized and have been masturbating lots the passed few days to the point my penis is slightly tender. tonight i noticed 2-3 bumps on the foreskin near the head. most of them are barely visible but one is about 1mmx1mm i am wondering if this could be due to friction or irritation? it is quite hot lately so I ve been sleeping naked and sweating a fair bit too. the bumps don t hurt, they feel kind of medium hardness and are not very discoloured, but the biggest one does have a very slight shine to it.

If it's not STI it can be Phimosis

Acne, Fordyce spots - which develop when skin's pores are clogged with natural oil, called sebum, sweat, dead skin, it can also cause infection.

Pearly penile papules - small, fleshy bumps that usually develop in gland penis in rows around the head of the penis.

Rough Masturbation/Sex balanitis.
