Suggest Remedy For Testicular Pain And Discharge In The Penis

I had noticed a discharge and a feelling like movement like liquid was flowing in my penis and itching and took several meds like azithromycin, tinidazol, doxycycline flucozinadol cipro and a lot more and went for a urine test and i was told it may now be utheritis necause of too many antibiotics. My problem is I still have sliight discharge, on and off testicular pain and the feeling of something moving like liquid about to drip out of my penis afyer this urine test results cam you please explain whet they mean and if its bad or good and treatment..... urine results show protein positive, lekocyte positive, Pc - 10/1 , Ec- 4/1, Rc- 0/1. App/col - Hazy/straw, PH-6.0, SG-1.030, blood-negative, glucose-negative, bilirubin-negative, ketones-negative, urobilinogen-normal. Pls explain , thank you.
