Suggest Remedy For The Large Cut In Intergluteal Cleft

Hi, I am really worried about a large cut I have between my bum cheeks in the crack of my bum. It is really painful and I have tried treating with varies creams but nothing seems to help. I have booked a doctors appointment for the end of the week. I have had the problem for about 8 days.

Cut in the cleft of inter-gluteal region needs to be properly dresses with the help of antiseptic cream or solution.

Also check your fasting blood sugar to rule out glucose intolerance or diabetes which might interfere with healing process.

If it is large cut-ulcer then oral antibiotic will be required to combat any sort of infection.

Routine blood works should be done to confirm or rule out any infection.

Consult surgical specialist for clinical inspection and further treatment.
