Suggest Remedy For Throat Discomfort During Gastritis

I was diagnosed with gastritis and am being treated currently for it.i had a question about my throat— i have adjusted my diet accordingly in regards to the acidity and healing process, but for some reason at night my throat tightens slightly. i can still breathe and swallow, but i can feel something changes towards the evening.

First of all get yourself examined by an ENT specialist to rule out any local throat pathology.
In case nothing is found a course of anti reflux medications combined with diet modification may help.
