Suggest Remedy For Throat Pain In Children
My son is 7 years old and is complaining his throat hurts. I took him in to Dr to see if he had strep and it came back neg. He complains his throat hurts him and he has this yellow whitish coating all over his tongue, what do you think is going on? Also, he keeps crying saying his throat hurts and he is choking...What do I do? He isn t choking. :)

Hi,
I suggest you to make him do tongue scraping daily with tongue scraper after brushing. Thentell him to do warm salt water gargle. Tell him to use chlorhex mouthrinse for few weeks and see the difference. Restrict him from having very cold food stuffs for few weeks.
