Hi. I am assuming from your history that all physical or known causes for your complaints have been ruled out. What you are experiencing is called as Globus pharyngeus and with no physical abnormality confirmed by all the investigations and consultations, it may be worthwhile to rule out some of the other not so common causes such as - Vitamin B12 deficiency or sometimes zinc and magnesium deficiencies which can cause these symptoms. Your symptoms can also be psychosomatic due to altered neurotransmitter levels in the brain following depression or mental stress. Psychosomatic symptoms are actual problems and it does not mean that you are making the symptoms up. This can be easily treated by some medications that increase levels of neurotransmitters such as Serotonin. May be a good idea to visit a psychiatrist and have this ruled out as well.
