Suggest Remedy For Throbbing & Blue Veins In Elbow
Hello.I have started working out again about three weeks ago after a four year long hiatus. I am supplementing with Hydrolyzed protein, BCAA's, and Glutamine (8 to 10g per day) My usual diet is about 160-170g of protein per day and I drink close to a gallon daily. I lifted fairly heavily yesterday and now I am observing visible blue veins on my arms. They are more prominent on the left side around the elbow, and while there is no pain, there is a slight throbbing.
