Suggest Remedy For Throbbing Pain In Head

I have a throbbing pain in my head on my right side which will just not go. I am unable to take ipubrofen as I am allergic to them. I have had an ongoing period for approximately 5 weeks with it extremely heavy for two of those 5 weeks. I am 48 years old
