Suggest Remedy For Throwing Up, Diarrhea And Fever In 7th Week Of Pregnancy

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been feeling bad all day. I had diarreah this morning and have been throwing up all day. Now I have a fever of 99.5 . Is this morning sickness? Or is this stomach flu? Any medicine or remedies you suggest? I feel really awful.

, but you should take following treatments at present to get relieve
T cefixime 200 mg two times
T DOXINATE two times daily
T DOLO 650 mg there time
These all for 4-5 days
You can continue DOXINATE after 5 days also
