Suggest Remedy For Tightness In Chest And Problem In Breathing

30 year old female. About one hour ago I laid down and immediately felt a burning, tightness, and heaviness on the right side of my chest that radiated up to my right ear. At first the pain up by ear was very bad, worse than the chest. After a few minutes the ear pain went away and now has gradually just become tightness in my chest. No trouble breathing really. Just uncomfortable. I don t have asthma or anything. Should I be concerned?
