Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* This is urinary infection induced shedding either from urinary bladder
or kidney .
* Though macrobid can take care of that as well , a urine culture is
strongly recommended to take before starting of any antibiotic
for checking the antibiotic susceptibility .

Hope this will help you for sure .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further guidance .
Regards .
