Suggest Remedy For Tiny Pimples On The Forehead

I have an area on my forehead where some tiny pimples have changed to red and flaky to look like I ve scraped it. its not painful. It goes from dry and flaky to red and not dry. It has spread from near my hairline to a few spots near my eyebrow and it can look dark and bruised.

Hi.
As per your case history of tiny pimples on forehead, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
3. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on it.
4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
