Hi, I'm 42 year old single mum, I'm in bed for 10 every night and up at 6. I work 9 - 3. Lately I am so tired all time, I'm on the slimming world diet so my diet is healthy, I exercise and hour or so every day walking my dogs. I've just got no energy as of late, I drink water by the bottle, so I'me "weeing" a lot too....what could be the problem?
