General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
It seems you are suffering from mild Left Ventricular dysfunction and borderline high blood pressure. If I were your treating doctor I would prescribe anti-hypertensive medications based on your blood investigation, other medical conditions and family history. I would also advise walking, low salt diet and avoid over exertion.
Hope I have answered all your queries. If you have any further questions I would be happy to help.
I find this answer helpful
