ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If you have allergic symptoms, try to control and treat it. Since you are having this problem for a long time, surgical treatment would be a better option for sinusitis. Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arun S Dathan
