Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Yeast Infection.

I believe i'm showing signs of a vaginal yeast infection. However, I don't have the symptoms of itching or burning, but I do have the unusual discharge. I've never had a yeast infection or anything wrong before. I took the vagisil screening test and had a pH of 4.5. What should I do?
