Suggest Remedy For Vomiting, Stomach Pains And Diarrhea

I started vomiting yesterday. Still vomiting today. I can t keep liquids down. Pretty severe stomach pains. Diarrhea. Weak and severely fatigured and vision has gone blurry. I do have Crohn s disease. And I ve had my appendix and gallbladder taken out. What do I need to do

Crohn's disease may be associated with frequent diarrhoea and fatigue. It is better to have stool test done before starting any medicine. Keep yourself hydrated. Have small liquid with short intervals. Antiemetics may be taken. If oral dose is ineffective, then injectable would be the choice.
