hi doctor, i had wart on root of my penis. i burned it. after 2 days it got of but now there is white wound. i took cloxacillin for one week and applied soframycin ointment as well but its still the same. what to do now. please send me answer in YYYY@YYYY

I would recommend you to change the topical antibiotic and apply mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
