Suggest Remedy For Warts Behind Knee
My son 9 years old has warts behind the knee, his dr. told me they would go away on their own, and he started with about 4 or 5 and they busted and left like chicken pot scars behind knee, took about 5 months for them to go away, looks like he has two knew ones starting. My question is their anything to put on them. They have not spread anywhere except for behind knee and only one knee. Thanks MOM

It may be verruca. It is a viral skin disease. It is an infectious and contagious skin disease. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
I would suggest ...
- apply salicylic acid 12% solution on the warts daily till the lesion is removed
- Or the warts may be removed by electrocautery,done under local anaesthesia
- levamisole 50 mg daily as immunobooster
