General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi .
Read and understood your history of many medicines and being on dialysis.
The excessive water in the throat is indicative of a focus of may be of infection or ulcer which the body is trying to dilute with excessive salivation
.
I would suggest you to consult an ENT Surgeon for diagnosis and take medication under the care of a Nephrologist as he only can decide safe meds and doses of meds suitable for kidneys too.
