my daughter is 13, average height weight for age. She keeps getting white circular spots/blotches under the skin on arms and legs not just when cold but warm also..they dont seem temp related they just turn up anytime. Her legs also go slightly purple at same time. It is not seasonal, as she gets it summer or winter. Distressing for her as she is too embarrassed to wear the clothes others her age are wearing.
