Suggest Remedy For White Skin Under Penis Foreskin

Hello Doctor, I have a white skin under my penis foreskin, for past 2-3 yrs, it develops slowly year by year, no itching, no pain, no problem.... When meet local dermatologist he said it is just like hair greying, nothing to worry... His medicines slows down the whitening but still not stoped... kindly advice what it is ? And how to bring back the color?

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. It can be due to infected smegma. Daily cleaning of smegma can help you.

It can be due to vitiligo - share a picture for confirmation. If no infection - local steroid can help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
