Suggest Remedy For Yellowish Mucus Discharge And Impotency

I had anal sex for the first time 4 days ago, I am a 19 year old white male. I have had anal sex almost every day since then. I do not have any other symptoms other than a yellowy mucus discharge when I poo and sometimes when I fart. there is sometimes a little bid of blood in the mucus but not always and not a lot. I also am having trouble with impotency, I am not getting an erection or am able to ejaculate. Ive never had this problem before. I am wondering what is wrong with me. I do not feel sick and I still have a libido and do not feel sick but I am worried about the discharge and the impotency

Have you been using protection while doing anal sex? I am asking this because STD through anal route is very common.

Get HIV and HBsAg tests done.
