Suggest Remedy Fro Vomiting And High Fever

Hi " my son having vomtins fever 103 f and gum motions starts today his age is 2 years this treatment is given below
Aristogyl-f susp 5ml tid
walamycin susp 3.5ml tid
calpal-250 susp 5ml sos
vomikind susp 3ml tid
sporlac powder one pack 3times daily. So, please give me treatment and yours advise to my son. Thanking you sir

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Walamycin syrup is OK.
Calpol is given in a dose of 15 mg/kg body weight every 4-6 hourly depending on the fever.
Tepid sponging in addition to calpol will bring down the fever quickly
Curd rice or rice with butter milk is given in the diet.
Sporolac can be continued.
Vomikind only if there is vomiting.
