Hi and welcome to health care magic, I understand your problem and also that all this is occurring during pregnancy. It seems you have most likely an infection or an allergy. Please check to see if you have been using hair removing creams or lotions or any other cosmetic, condoms or hygiene product that you have not used before. If yes, try not to use it again and see of things subside. An infection is also common, mostly either bacteria or fungi and sometimes viruses but the description favors a fungal or bacterial infection. So the treatment will depend upon the cause. You will need to see your doctor for this. However local remedies until then are hot fomentation, cleaning with warm water containing a few drops of antiseptic solution twice daily, keeping the part absolutely dry, keeping it open during night, changing the undergarments twice daily and washing them with hot water to prevent reinfection. An ointment containing antibacterial, antifungal and steroids [ like surfaz SN] is usually prescribed to be applied twice daily for a cure. Hope this was helpful.
