Hi Dr, I m 28 years old , abt two years I hav piles initially start anal fissure , and I check with doctor he prescribe some gel and tablet at the time reduce and cure, but after it s come again n again. Now I m using himalaya pilex cream and taken pilex tab still not cure, please kindly advise ..

surgical excision and heart Sutra is considered curative in cases of piles. although mild cases has also been successfully treated with changes in Lifestyle as well as avoiding constipation..
