hi..AAMIR, thanks for writing, i have understood your problem..

you re suffering from premature ejaculation..your urine test is absolutely normal...there is no need for further investigations to be done..

at your, age premature ejaculation is very common, it is mainly related to anxiety and stress..marital disharmony may be the reason..if you are passing through any stressful events then it is obviously the cause..

extremely sensitive glans and penile skin, habit of masturbation repeatedly and ejaculating early can be the contributing factor..

premature ejaculation can be treated by behavioral techniques, which are methods for delaying ejaculation without taking any drugs..these techniques are: squeeze technique, stop-start method and other interruption techniques..

you have to practice these regularly and you find benefits after some time of practice..effects are long lasting..your partner can help in applying these methods..you can read them from internet..but it would be better if you consult a psychiatrist, he will explain you in detail how to perform it..

there are drugs which can delay ejaculation. they are of two types:
1. should be taken daily for long term for beneficial effects
2. should be taken as and when required basis, before sex

these drugs are antidepressant medication which causes delayed ejaculation as a side effect..

in my opinion, you shud consult a psychiatrist and ask for help..give details of your problems and he will guide you through the treatment..

i hope this will suffice..and be helpful..best of luck..
