Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear caring bf
Pain during sex is mainly due to apprehension and muscle tightness. Told her to relax completely and widen her legs apart fully so that vaginally opening is seen clearly. Apply xylocaine gell on vaginal opening and around it and wait for 5 minutes.this will relieve pain. Also don't try to penetrative her without foreplay. Do stimulate her till full orgasm so that she is ready for sex and then enter her slowly. Stimulation also releases fluid inside vagina and helps in lubrication.all the best.

hello
you can use local anaesthetic gel for initial 3 times, it will numb the part . later you can use KY jelly. but some pain is inevitable. Ampicillin has no role to play .
