Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a fast metabolism and i used to run track but i want to gain weight. I ve tried protein powders, creatine, eating five times a day, i even tried CB-1 and nothing is working. I ve been battling with this since high school, so ts been about 5years and i still weight the same weight as i did in high school. My weight had never been passed 120lb. I want to gain about 15-20lb. I want to close the gap in my thighs, fill out my arms, etc. What can i do to gain the weight i want and in the right places?
Instead of protein powders and artificial methods of gaining weight, try natural methods. If you need specific areas in your body to gain weight, then it has to be by improving the muscle mass in those areas. You will have to work out for that, concentrating on those muscles.
Food you need to eat should contain more protein along with fats and carbohydrates. Sprouts, red meat, butter, ghee, milk, egg white etc are good choices.
