Suggest Remedy To Gain Weight

hi doctor. i am 28 years old boy. i have 168 cm height but only 51kg weight. to overcome my underweight i started eating more,i didn't even increse by 1 kg. it was so disappointing. i want to increase my weight.(my mom is normal but my father is fat in weight. my both brothers are also in normal weight). my body loks very thin. can you suggest solutions for my problem?

Thank you for your question.

Adding weight can be problematic as for losing weight, needs determination and commitment. I would recommend to first get a physical examination by a doctor to make sure you can exercise, plus a hormonal check up to role out any hormonal backgrounds to the problem, and after that once all is ok you can start lifting weights, which is a guaranteed way of muscle hypertrophy and appetite stimulation among many benefits for your health on the long run. With hight in carbs diet not sugar but good carbs i call them like potato, you will add weight for sure.
