Suggest Remedy To Get Long And Healthy Hair

i am on a hair journey to long healthy hair. i have been making homemade hair product with natural oils and herbs. i just make a hair moisturizing spritz of water, aloe vera, lemongrass leaves/lemongrass tea, peppermint leave/tea and leave in conditioner with this work in moisturizing hair and help with growth. i m Jamaican and was born with fine thin hair.

i understand your concerns. getting long hair is easy but maintaining it healthy and thick is the real task.The key to thick and long hair is to maintain a healthy scalp. What u have mixed is quite a good hair conditioner. Most important thing is to maintain a good protein intake to ensure a healthy scalp and roots.
food like liver and eggs are extremely benificial. applying coconut oil to the scalp will make the roots healthy and strong so better hair growth. It also increses the thickness of your hairstrand.
application of egg white to your hair and following it with a hair wash is A very good practice.It prevents the loss of hair due to breakage.
do not use shampoo everyday may be thrice a week at the max, as it may dehydrate the hair. try washing your hair with just plain water on the other days.
eat well for good hair..!
