I have noted your details and concerns. It seems that your pigmentation developed as a result of some kind of constant irritation to the angles of mouth which happens most likely due to dental problems or due to sagging muscular support to the surrounding areas due to variety of causes including ageing. At this stage, i would advise the following to most of my patients
1 to decrease salivation at night by drinking water and liquids less often after evening hours
2 To use antioxidants like Antoxid which have proven value in controlling excess pigmentation
3 To avoid mouth fresheners or other oral products that seem to aggravate problem
4 To have dental checkup just to rule out any problems in the teeth and gums
To wait for sometime for the results to show up before seeking further treatments.
I am sure you will be helped by these suggestions. Best wishes,
