Hello doctor my question is I hav a goosebums like pimples arond my neck chest since many years little itchy also nd am 23yrs old fed of gng to hospitals all I have covered homeo alopathy aurvedic if u can provide any suggestions thats am writing to atlast

Hi.
As per your case history you are having Truncal Acne.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an anti acne cream like clindamycin gel twice daily.
3. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
