Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Itching Due To Allergy In Toddler

I am in UK.My one year old baby has got allergies all over his body and face.He has itching too.The allergy is like very minute red pimples.He scratches the itch often and doesn t sleeps in the night.Kindly suggest me some medicines or creams that i can use? can i use avil tablets in small amount?
