Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Lip Infection

I got some lips infection Dr. gave me aciclovir 5% cream and acyclovir 400mg tab for 10 days -it was 3 month before and I got cure.after 3 month again I get the same problem and I go to the doctor to know why come back again. He just prescribed the same, and I using for 7 days but not get cure.what I have to do.if I take much acyclovir 400mg tab more than 15 day it s damage my health.what I should do. Thanking you

You seem to be suffering from "cold sores" caused by herpes simplex virus. There is no permanent cure for cold sores as the herpes virus remains in your body even after the blisters disappear so it is not abnormal that you have had a recurrence of your blisters. The sores reappear during times of stress or when your immunity is low. I recommend you complete your course of aciclovir as prescribed by your doctor and see him again if it doesn't resolve.
