There are two possible causes of such a condition. The first is herpes labialis which is a viral infection caused by herpes simplex virus. It can be treated with antivirals like Acyclovir. The other possibility is folliculitis which is a bacterial infection. It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin. You must avoid pricking or fiddling with the lesion.Consult your dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. Regards
