Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Spreading Acne On Nose

hi i am 24 male. i am bearing the problems of acne from the age of 15. they are spreading on my nose in bunches (with redning the whole nose)cover it up.it pretend like some hump is there on my nose. after some days some pale white color mucus type liquid comes out if i press it hard. please help me in this regard i had used "pernox" cream but not satisfied

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have spreading acne on nose which is because of clogging of skin pores and skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is good for acne. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. You should apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. Drink plenty of water.
